GET LAYER Couche NAME Nom$

Cette instruction retourne Le nom de la couche spécifiée.
La valeur de la couche doit être comprise entre 0 et MAX_LAYER. Le nom retourné à une longueur maximum de 128 caractères.

 GET LAYER L NAME N$
